Description TOOLING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Location: Hopkinsville, KY Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, with regular overtime and occasional weekend work Department: Manufacturing / Tooling Reports To: Manufacturing Engineer Technologist / Tooling Supervisor Job Description: The Tooling Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and readiness of production tooling and fixtures. This role performs scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and refurbishments to support production uptime and product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on tooling and fixtures to ensure proper function and reliability. - Inspect tooling for wear, damage, alignment issues, and performance concerns; document findings in the MVP (CMMS) system. - Assist in reworking, repairing, or refurbishing tooling components to support production needs. - Install tooling and assist with equipment/tooling repairs as required. - Participate in continuous improvement activities related to tooling reliability and PM processes. - Complete and/or assign work orders in the MVP system for all PM, rep...
