Engineering Manager: The Engineering Manager leads Product Lifecycle Engineering (PLE) and New Product Development (NPD) for our commercial sliding door systems and glass curtainwall products. They drive the prioritization and allocation of resources to deliver design projects that improve performance, reduce warranty exposure, add features, and optimize cost. They provide product engineering support to Factory Operations and related support functions. Additionally, they are responsible for the design and development of new products within a commercial product category.
