POSITION OBJECTIVE: - This role sets an example through their behaviors, serving as a role model and leading all activities related to providing an exceptional customer experience. - This role operates as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of another manager, communicating clear action plans that drive productivity to achieve store goals, performs various operational functions and assists with merchandise presentation.
