Who we are looking for We are looking for a Production Support Officer who will be focused on the reliability and stability of our production applications within Middle Office Asset Servicing Area. An Individual with strong engineering mindset of an SRE, the personnel will support mission critical production applications and collaborate with fellow SREs, to develop creative engineering solutions to day to day support operational problems. Design , develop and build automation solutions to eliminate manual /error prone work, build resilient systems. Perform periodical capacity assessments, performance, engage with development on reviewing changes and ensure risk assessment is done. Develop run books for critical periodical business activities, maintenance, maintain architecture/data flow documents. Ensure, best practices and standards are followed. Much of support will focus on existing systems, looking at reducing manual work through automation, enhancing business/client experience and collaborating with infrastructure /application development ensuring the permanent remediation of issues.
