Job description

As the Facility Manager- Real Estate Operations, based out of San Francisco, you will have the responsibility for all efforts to execute and deliver Facilities Management and Repairs and Maintenance for a geographical region. This role is the direct connection to the Repairs and Maintenance team to execute deliverables on all aspects of maintenance necessary. Through superior client service you will build customer relations with service providers and client personnel in an effort to achieve internal business unit and external client Key Performance Metrics. Primary responsibilities include: - Directly Manage, provide coordination and to building technicians (where applicable) along with external vendors.
