What You'll Do: - manage and coordinate daily food production for patients and guest; - ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations; - collaborate with clinical teams to meet specialized dietary needs; - Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards; - monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budget targets; and - maintain quality, consistency, and timely meal delivery.
