Position Summary The PTC Program Training Specialist plays a vital role in the development, maintenance, and delivery of training curricula for customers across Maine. This position supports provider agency staff, Workforce Development Program participants, self-advocates, and natural supports through high-quality instruction in a variety of training areas, including Direct Support Worker (DSW) and PTC Core curricula, BHP and DSP Pathways, CPR, and other required courses. This role is ideal for an experienced trainer who enjoys both curriculum development and instruction, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is committed to supporting learners through engaging, professional, and accessible training experiences delivered in person and virtually.
