The Manager of the Virtual Integrated Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) Team is the operational and clinical leader responsible for delivering integrated behavioral health services with fidelity to the CoCM model. The manager oversees day-to-day program operations , partners with ambulatory/primary care sites and psychiatric consultants , and ensures consistent workflows that support access, engagement, and outcomes. Key duties include clinical and administrative supervision , coordinating weekly case reviews , leading team meetings and training, managing hiring and performance evaluations , and driving quality/outcomes reporting and improvement work.
