This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where you’ll prepare and submit critical application packages, track approvals, and ensure everything is accurate and on time. What You’ll Do: - Prepare and submit application packages (permits, utility, and HOA). - Gather and organize required documentation for accurate submissions. - Track application status and update internal systems. - Review incoming documents and distribute to appropriate teams. - Maintain organized records of applications, approvals, and documents. - Communicate with internal teams to resolve application issues. - Support administrative tasks to keep workflows moving efficiently. - Ensure all submissions meet required standards and timelines.
