Propane Service Technician

Job description

Requirements: - Diagnose and repair propane tanks and systems - Install propane tanks and / or assist with tank installations - Train other tank setters when required - Provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure - Positively promote the company’s products and services - Assist other team members to achieve maximum success, safety, and efficiency - Maintain the service truck with the appropriate parts inventory - Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and maintain a clean vehicle at all times - Follow prescribed credit hold policy related to service disconnections and connections - Perform all duties in a safe manner insuring incident-free operations - Report any unsafe equipment, conditions, or practices to the Propane Service Manager - Report any incident or accident immediately to the Propane Service Manager - Complete projects and other duties as assigned by the Propane Service Manager - High school education or equivalent experience - 2 years’ experience in propane preferred - Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity and innovation - Able to speak, read, and write English - Valid...
