Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) expert to join our team at Vandenberg SFB. The Knowledge Management (KM) expert is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enable the effective creation, organization, sharing, and application of knowledge across S4S. This position ensures mission data, lessons learned, and institutional expertise are captured, curated, and made readily accessible to support informed decision-making and operational continuity. Expected start date: July 2026: What you will be doing: - Develop and implement organizational knowledge management strategies, frameworks, and plans aligned to mission objectives and leadership intent. - Establish and maintain KM policies, SOPs, and governance structures ensuring consistent application across S4S. - Identify, capture, and catalog institutional knowledge, including lessons learned, best practices, and critical mission data. - Design and implement knowledge retention strategies, including turnover documentation, exit interviews, and succession planning for departing personnel. - Foster collaboration through the establishment and sustainment of Communities of Interest (COI) and...
