Job Summary: The Parking Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of parking structures and surface lots. This role includes light cleaning duties, routine inspections, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Pay: $20.50 an hour: The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
