About the role: The Director, Speciality, Multicultural, and Innovative Insurance Product Solutions is accountable for the end to end strategy, design, execution and performance of a portfolio of differentiated product solutions that address complex, high need and emerging member segments designed to serve diverse populations and specialized consumer needs. This role owns innovation initiatives across multicultural plans, affordability-focused offerings, clinical plan design, and ancillary benefits, ensuring products are competitive, compliant, and operationally scalable.
