What you will be doing: Salary range for this position starts at (based on experience): $65,000- $75,000. Full Time Associates at the Hilton Minneapolis Airport are eligible for group health insurance including, Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance. Additional benefits include Parental Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. - Ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling front desk agents, front office supervisors, guest service aides/bell staff, concierge staff and PBX operators. - Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction.
