You're applying for Team Leader SHIFT LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION: Reports To: General Manager (GM) Creation Date: 04/2015 FLSA: Non-Exempt Department: Store Operations Type: Variable Hour Employee Revision Date: 5/24/2023 Position Mission: This position is primarily responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences. The Shift Leader is also responsible for employee supervision in conjunction with, or in the absence of a General Manager/Assistant Manager by creating a fun work environment. And motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service and food quality while maintaining safety.
