About The Role: Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), a leading defense technology company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be part of our Human Resources team and based out of our Arlington, VA location. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support full-cycle recruiting operations and play a critical role in delivering a seamless and efficient hiring process. This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to ensure timely coordination of interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Clearance & Location Requirements: - All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance - This is an on-site position. Requiring at least 2-3 days in office, based out of our Arlington, VA location.
