Job description

STV is seeking a BIM Manager for our Water Practice to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for any of our Texas locations . The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity. Responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with technical and design teams. Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues. Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance. Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts, and applications. Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
