Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Endpoint Engineer to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments across enterprise networks. - Apply endpoint security baselines, STIG requirements, patch updates, and configuration changes to sustain RMF/DoD/Army compliance. - Manage endpoint policies, software deployments, imaging/provisioning, and device configurations using MECM, Intune, or equivalent platforms. - Monitor device health, application performance, and configuration drift; identify and remediate issues affecting reliability and security. - Execute vulnerability remediation: deploy patches, update agents, verify compliance via scanning tools, and document remediation status. - Collaborate with cybersecurity, SOC/CIRT, network, and help desk teams to investigate endpoint incidents and validate remediation. - Support Army 365, enterprise email, collaboration tools, and endpoint authentication services through routine configuration and troubleshooting. - Maintain SOPs, runbooks, configuration recor...
