We have an opportunity for a Specialist Nurse to join their team of staff in the Cardiac Catheterisation department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care within your area of specialism, acting as a clinical expert and role model. - Support assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients with complex or long-term conditions. - Provide education, support, and counselling to patients and families, empowering them to understand and manage their health conditions. - Work collaboratively with consultants, GPs, allied health professionals, and other nursing colleagues to support integrated, patient-...
