Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist Summary: A Recruiter identifies, attracts, and hires top talent to fill organizational staffing needs. They manage the full recruitment lifecycle while collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements to ensure positive candidate experience. They also ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities: - Sourcing Talent by utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and resume databases to identify qualified candidates. - Conducting initial interviews (phone/video) to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Hiring Manager Collaboration by meeting with managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. - Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. - Tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Processing offers include background checks and pre-employment drug tests. - Administrates all New Hire paperwork, ensuring all documentation meets legal standards. - Coordinate first day of employment with hiring manager, providing welcome packages, providing company tours, introducing team members, and facilitating orientations. - Educating new employe...
