Do you LOVE to clean? Then this is the job for you! We are looking for someone to handle the basic maintenance and custodial duties for our beautiful store which include cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, cleaning tables, floors, windows. etc. This is primarily a daytime position working 7am-3pm Wednesday-Sunday, but does require flexibility to work other shifts as needed for store coverage. This position manages 2-3 custodial associates. Previous leadership or management experience preferred. $15.00 - $18.50 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to ensure Harmons’ standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are being met throughout the store. This person will be responsible for overseeing deep cleaning in departments and ensuring deep cleaning does not interfere with customer service. Also, this person will create cleaning plans and train new maintenance associates. This person will also assist customers and associates with maintenance issues and provide exceptional customer service.
