It is an exciting time to join River Oaks Country Club! We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and qualified coaches to train our masters swim team and other aquatic coaching opportunities. Employee Meals | Employee Amenities| $25.00 per hour per coaching session| Part-time Role Lessons are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30am-6:30am & 7am-8am with possible opportunity to coach other Fitness classes Duties and Responsibilities: - Create and implement workouts for athletes that cater to needs of individuals and the group as a whole. - Setting training goals and objectives for teams and individuals. - Give global and individual feedback to athletes. - Lead and motivate participants. - Evaluate participant performance and progress. - Teaching current and industry leading strokes and techniques. - Ensure the pool or training area is neat and free of hazards. - Respond to emergencies in pool or poolside in tandem with the facility safety team.
