Description JOB SUMMARY : Performs Maintenance of guest rooms, guest cottages, and Inn. Completes all tasks in accordance with the guideline for performance standards and safety established by the Engineering Dept. Assists the room attendant with heavy cleaning. REPORTS TO : Maintenance Manager: PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: RESPONSIBLE FOR : Section keys, supplies, equipment and checklists. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must have the ability to work steadily all day at tasks that require walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and kneeling. Must be able to complete a daily assignments. WORKING ENVIRONMENT : Normal schedule varies to include weekends and evenings. Normal 40 hr. week. Schedule may vary according to work availability. HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED : Some cleaning agents and chemicals may be hazardous if improperly used or if contact with skin, eyes or clothing occurs; some heavy lifting, bending and kneeling.
