Senior Project Worker – Family Focus (Female) At the Women’s Centre, our mission is to ensure that any woman (and their family) experiencing multiple-complex needs has the opportunity to access our services. We aim to transform the way women experience services through a whole system approach, providing appropriate support to improve outcomes for women and the wider community. Location: Gloucester Women’s Centre: Salary: £29,000 per annum: Hours: Full-time – 35 hours: Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension in force (6% employer contribution) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Worker to join our Families team. In this role, you will oversee contracts under the Families pathway, hold a caseload of women, and provide holistic support to address the needs of the whole family. You will also provide supervision and leadership to a small team of staff.
