Hours : 7.5: Schedule : Flexible 9:00AM-5:00PM Hourly Rate : $16.25- 19.42/hr Responsibilities : Qualifications : - Ensure dependable and punctual attendance - Assist or lead group and 1-on-1 activity programs - Help residents to and from activities - Report changes in resident behavior and safety hazards - Distribute and post monthly activity calendars - Evaluate residents based on backgrounds, interests, and needs - Maintain daily attendance charts for residents - File resident attendance forms quarterly or monthly - Participate in staff and care plan meetings and training - Maintain equipment and supplies safely and neatly - Ensure residents receive their mail daily - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working with residents and have familiarity with resident Limitations needs.
