We are searching for an AI Engineer to join our team. If you are experienced in AI with a passion for construction, innovation, and bridging the gap between business goals and technology, then please read on! What you'll be doing: Design, develop, and ship custom internal web applications that replace or reduce reliance on third party SaaS products. Build AI powered tools and workflows using the Claude API, including custom agents, automation pipelines, and internal productivity apps. Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections between Claude and our SaaS platforms (Procore, Microsoft 365, Monday.com , Box, Autodesk). Write production quality code in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with React or similar frontend frameworks. Prototype rapidly. We move fast and iterate.
