Allocation Analyst

Job description

The Allocation Analyst is responsible for optimizing inventory distribution across retail stores to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity. This role collaborates closely with Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations and the Store Field Team to ensure the right product is in the stores at the right time. This position plays a critical role in driving sell-through, reducing markdown risk, and improving overall assortment execution, and hitting allocation key performance metrics. This is a hybrid role; we work on site 4 days and remotely 1 day, weekly. Qualifications: - Inventory Allocation & Replenishment - Determine and manage the product flow replenishment to the stores to support sales plan, promotional plans, and store capacity limitations for the given categories of product. - Define and maintain basic stock levels in the system.
