Why we need this role: As a part of the HR initiative, the Global HR Services was rolled out with the intent to act as a single point of contact for all HR related queries / issues / requests and provide a standard service, equal quality and consistent employee experience across Colt. Provides operational support to HR teams and employees across all Colt countries. Respond to first line employee and manager queries on HR processes (e.g. relating to absence, performance management and other life cycle events). What you will do: Own and deliver a range of HR processes within Global HR Services, managing employee lifecycle queries received via email, phone, and online channels through to full resolution. Coordinate onboarding activities and manage employment changes. Enter and validate employee data in the HR system, ensuring high data quality through regular checks.
