Location: Arlington,Washington,United States Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Land Services / Laborer II position performs a variety of work on the grounds maintenance and landscaping at various Tribal properties to ensure an up kept appearance and maintains clean, safe, and orderly work sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list is intended only to illustrate the various types of work to be performed. The omission of specific statements does not exclude them from the position responsibilities of tasks assigned by a supervisor. - Mowing, edging, weeding, raking, applying herbicides and fertilizers, pruning, trimming, pressure washing, maintaining road ways, streetscapes, hardscapes, parking lots, landscapes, drains and drainage ditches, brush cutting, field mowing, plant installation, debris disposal and other areas considered common maintenance. - Performs troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments and installation of irrigation as needed. - Operates small equipment i.e. gators, mowers, weed eaters, and other types of mechanical equipment. - All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
