Primary Location: 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas, 75074 We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities. Job Summary: Provide guidance and successfully deploy all educational programs and activities as outlined in the Adult Education & Literacy (AEL) grant's goals and objectives. Serve as the single point of contact to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) to effectively lead and be responsible for program oversight, service delivery, reporting, compliance and overall program and fiscal accountability. **This is a 100% grant-funded position. Therefore, the continuation of the position is subject to continued external funding.** Required Qualifications: Essential Duties and Responsibilities - In collaboration with the grant’s leadership team, direct and communicate all AEL grant activities with faculty, staff, vendors, community partners, college leadership, and the Texas Workforce Commission.
