Geotechnical Engineer

Lumos & Associates is looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with a strong focus on field data collection , laboratory testing , and technical report writing . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the field and in the lab, and who can translate data into actionable engineering insights. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys being outdoors, solving problems, and taking a hands-on approach to science and engineering. You will collect and test soils and materials, oversee testing results, assist with site investigations, and ensure that every project starts on solid ground, both literally and figuratively. Since 1978, Lumos & Associates has provided professional engineering, surveying, geotechnical, and construction management services to clients across northern Nevada, California, and, more recently, southwestern Idaho.
