Job Description Our System Power (STP) is looking for a talented Marketing specialist graduate in business administration, marketing, or engineering to join our team as a Sr Staff Marketing Specialist in Renesas Plano office. Our CAD ( C ontroller a nd D river) team is part of the STP team working on developing controller and FET driver ICs for 48V down-conversions, such as 48V-to-12V IBC. The successful candidate will work directly with the Sr. Manager who is in charge of CAD business. This role requires strategic planning, cross‑functional leadership, customer engagement, and strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and execute market strategies effectively.
