Operational Excellence Manager

The Operation Excellence Manager will drive and support Continuous Improvement activities being undertaken throughout the business. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of OINA’s Operational Excellence Programs to all OINA sites. The Operation Excellence Manager interacts cross-functionally both internally and with external customers/vendors. You will report directly to the Head of Operational Excellence for Ornua Ingredients North America, headquartered in Hilbert, WI, with manufacturing facilities located in Hillsboro, Hilbert, and Whitehall, WI, as well as Byron, MN. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Key Requirements - Facilitate the development and implementation of OINA’s Operational Excellence program. - Manage the relationship with a third-party partner assisting in implementing Ornua’s Operational Excellence program. - Support Ornua Operational Excellence activities within business units as required (including manufacturing, warehousing, back office, external supply chain, maintenance and quality). - Ensure KPI alignment across all 5 OINA sites.
