Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Manager of Compensation & HRIS to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our compensation programs and HR systems. This role is critical in shaping our total rewards strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices, and delivering high-quality HRIS data and reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in base, bonus, and equity compensation , strong analytical capabilities , and HRIS system ownership , with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, public company environment.
