The Team: The HR Advisor will join the HR team based in Paris and will be the primary HR contact for France. As a HR Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in delivering expert HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You’ll operate with autonomy and confidence, managing complex HR queries, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating payroll, and supporting compliance with both global standards and local legislation. You’ll also support global HR programs, lead components of HR projects, and be a trusted contact for employee relations matters — including managing interactions with Works Councils and other representative bodies.
