Automation and AI Analyst

Job description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Automation & AI Analyst to support the development and deployment of workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and productivity solutions across the organization. This role will work closely with the Director of IT and business teams to identify inefficiencies, build automated workflows using Microsoft tools, and assist in implementing emerging AI capabilities that improve operational efficiency. This is a builder role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and turning manual tasks into automated solutions. Key Responsibilities: Workflow Automation (Core Focus): Build and maintain workflows using: - Microsoft Power Automate - Power Apps (basic forms and interfaces) - SharePoint and Teams integrations - Replace manual/email-driven processes with automated workflows - Configure approvals, notifications, reminders, and escalations - Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations AI & Process Support: - Assist in implementing AI-driven tools and agentic workflows under guidance from IT leadership Help automate tasks such as: - Data collection and validation - Report generation - Document p...
