At Apukka Resort, the Front Desk is the heart of our operations, and its team members play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences and driving additional sales. The role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing and selling Apukka Adventure activity reservations together with our Adventure House department, and maintaining the souvenir shop. You will also resolve issues and find solutions to meet guests' needs. This role involves close daily collaboration with other departments, and you’ll be able to keep things running smoothly even during busy times.
