We are now looking to onboard a senior construction lawyer to work with various clients across Australia. Responsibilities: - Experience advising on construction and infrastructure matters as well as drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements. - Supporting in-house counsel with development and acquisition agreements on behalf of large, multi-regional developers. - Providing legal advice on capital projects and a broad range of related matters to support clients, including advising on procurement/tender, risks and liabilities.
