Pro Care by Abound Health is seeking a Care Manager to join our team in Southfield, MI. You’ll lead client care coordination, support families and staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery for individuals receiving Michigan Waiver services. This is a hands-on, impactful role where you’ll drive outcomes and make a real difference in people’s lives.
