Overview TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a division of Fidelity National Financial (FNF), is seeking a residential Title Examiner/Searcher to join our Georgia team. In this fulltime role, you are responsible for delivering accurate, professional title reports while maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires evaluating risk and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions and providing final title products based on verified facts and documentation. Georgia examine experience is preferred. LOCATION• Remote - must be US based. Work visa sponsorship will not be considered Duties: - In compliance with company policies, underwriting standards and regulatory requirements, conduct title searches and examinations by analyzing public records to determine ownership, chain of title and matters affecting title including deeds, mortgages, liens and other relevant documents.• Clearly explain title exceptions, requirements, conditions and other matters impacting title and insurability.• Identify and assess title risks, liabilities and insurability concerns; perform curative research; recommend solutions to resolve title defects and escalate complex or high risk matters as ap...
