The Opportunity We are currently looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our team. The Assistant Account Executive serves as liaison between client and internal agency teams (account, creative, digital, production) to ensure flawless execution of project work and delegated projects. What You Will Do: - Develops, manages, and executes programs including, but not limited to, the following activities: - Internal and external written communications (briefs, status agendas and recaps, change orders, estimate/PO approvals, etc.) - Vendor meetings and management. - Timeline and budget development/maintenance. - On-time delivery of materials and meeting in-market dates on a project-by-project basis. - Facilitates communication, ensuring all cross-functional team membe...
