Summary Guidewire Software is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition Operations and Strategy Guidewire is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition Operations and Strategy to lead the infrastructure, systems, and global delivery of our Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, this role owns how recruiting operates at scale—spanning TA technology, process design, coordination, employer brand, and vendor strategy. You will partner closely with TA leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Business Technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and a high-quality hiring experience globally.
