Job description

The ISO unit of Verisk is looking for Data Analytics Team Lead to support our Financial Analysis team , which is focused on analyzing USA Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry performance for internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the team that conducts end-to-end data analytics processes (from collecting the data, through verification & validation, to presetting results). The role focuses on supporting daily day‑to‑day operations while also identifying, proposing, and driving improvements to existing processes. A successful Insurance Data Analytics Team Lead manages and develops a team of data analysts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives. This role balances leadership responsibilities with hands-on analytical work, driving high-quality insights while fostering team growth and aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals. 5+ years of experience in data analysis , including leadership or team management responsibilities.
