Job Description: About the Role The Senior Associate, Growth Marketing will report to and partner with the Manager, Acquisition Marketing to grow and optimize customer acquisition programs focused on new subscribers globally. This role is highly collaborative and will work across the organization with multiple stakeholders to plan, develop and execute global growth strategies. You will work on-site in our midtown Manhattan office 3 days each week. (Tuesday through Thursday). You Will: Execute and manage global subscription acquisition marketing strategy for WSJ+. Own and analyze performance metrics across channels, translating data into actionable insights to understand macro trends and pinpoint key performance drivers. Oversee operational setup across onsite experiences, pricing, and email, ensuring seamless execution. Manage end-to-end execution of email acquisition campaigns, from creative development and approvals to deployment and performance tracking. Closely monitor ongoing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient planning, launch, run time, and take down.
