Job Description: Advice and Guidance: - Be the first point of contact for HR queries such as queries relating to terms and conditions, HR policies and procedures, and pay - Support managers from start to finish on ER matters such as investigations, performance and/or conduct issues, disciplinaries and grievances - Support managers on absence management of employees including arranging occupational health needs, unauthori...
