Production Planner Position Summary: The Production Planner will be responsible for planning and developing feasible, long-range, master production schedules for finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements. This position will also track raw materials, purchased parts, and packaging supplies to ensure the correct amount of materials are available to meet the schedule in a contract manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Plan and manage production schedules in ERP system to meet customer delivery requirements and maximize operational efficiency - Balance production and inventory levels with demand to support customer service levels, inventory turn goals, and capacity utilization requirements - Maintain capacity planning - Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements - Partner with sales and custo...
