Posting Date 03/17/2026 337 East Coronado RoadSuite 101, Phoenix, Arizona, 85004, United States of America No On-Call: Dialysis Experience Required: Local DaVita SNF dialysis dens are located at Haven Sky Harbor, Palm Valley and Resolve. The RN works in a 6-chair dialysis den. It is likely to be a 3-day per week schedule with NO on-call. Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a Skilled Nursing Facility and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system. DSD Services teammates will have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer, and will work to quickly leverage these to develop the infrastructure and rapidly grow the new service line. Ideal teammates will have experience in dialysis, get energized by improving the lives of patients, and have a track record of finding ways to Get Stuff Done (GSD).
