Job Description: Specialist - TA Operations Jersey City NJ, Westlake, TX, Smithfield, RI The Role: Fidelity Stock Transfer is looking for a Specialist to be part of a team leading our next-generation transfer agent operations. In your capacity, you will help foster productive customer interactions and help solve our customers’ business challenges while pairing with our new technology and our passion for excellent customer service. As a transfer agent specialist, you will be part of a cross-functional team helping to map out existing operational processes, articulate customer pain points, identify best practices and together, imagine new ways to manage registered securities. Responsibilities include: Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately Collaborate with aligning business partners to develop and create written procedures Ensure all procedures are updated to mitigate process risks Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation Participate in ar...
