We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager in Bendigo to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant and well‑governed modifications and minor capital works that support the ongoing operation of a major hospital facility. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Lead the end‑to‑end planning, delivery and governance of approved modifications and minor works projects. Develop clear scopes, technical specifications, cost estimates and approval documentation in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to hospital operations. Establish and maintain strong project controls, including schedules, budgets, risk registers and performance reporting. Build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors to achieve high‑quality, value‑for‑money outcomes.
