Overview Apogee is seeking a Senior Director for Growth & Operations to lead business development and capture activities across U.S. Strategic Command’s (USSTRACOM) Nuclear Command, Control & Communications (NC3) mission space while maintaining operational oversight of a mature professional services delivery to USSTRATCOM, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and Air Force Global Strike Command organizations at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, Ft Meade, Maryland, and several other CONUS locations. This role is intentionally structured as a hybrid senior leader, with 75% performance focused on business development, capture, customer shaping, and pipeline execution and 25% performance focused on operational oversight of existing programs to ensure strong delivery, customer trust, and readiness for recompetes and expansions. This is a full-time position located at Apogee’s Omaha, Nebraska corporate office, with up to 50% telework flexibility.
